Notifications

Notifications on email and in Autility

You can see notifications in the app under the "Notifications" menu and receive notifications by email. To receive notifications by email, this must be turned on under Settings > My Settings > Notifications.

You will receive notifications for:

  • When a new request is created on one of your buildings

  • When someone sets you as the assignee on a task

  • When someone tags you in a comment

  • When someone writes a comment on an entity

    • where you are set as assignee or responsible

    • that you have created

    • that is under your buildings

  • When a work order/routine is completed on one of your buildings

  • Not completed work orders with due date today assigneed to you

When you have read a notification, it will be marked as read. The list of notifications only shows unread by default. If you need to see a notification that you have read, you can choose to show read notifications.

You can open the entity to which the notification is linked by tapping on the notification.
