Here you will find a step-by-step guide for copying existing routines to other locations, along with recommendations for the information that should be set.
Steps to copy routines to other locations:
Go to Settings and select Routines.
Under Custom Routines, you will find your organization’s routines.
(Standard routines are suggestions created by Autility.)Select the routines that should be performed at the new location.
Choose Copy to Location from the action bar.
Select the location where the routines should be copied and select Create.
After Copying:
Exit Settings and open Work orders for the location you copied the routines to.
Open each routine and set the following information:
Assignee
Responsible
First due date (default is today’s date)
Link to asset
Attach relevant files
You can choose to update routines one by one, or update several at once using bulk handling.
For bulk handling:
Select the routines to be updated with the same information and open the Actions Center.
Choose Assignee to set the executor for the selected routines.
Choose Set approver to assign the responsible person for the selected routines.
For each routine individually you still may need to:
First due date (default is today’s date)
Link to asset
Attach relevant files
