Work orders in Autility are actions that need to be completed either once or as part of recurring routines. This can range from replacing light bulbs to performing fire safety checks.

By managing work orders in Autility, you gain:

How to create a work order

  1. Open the Twin In-Use app on your mobile

  2. Tap the “+” icon and select Work order

  3. Describe the work order, link it to the correct building and asset

  4. Add photos or notes if needed

  5. Create the work order, you can update it later via mobile or web

How to manage a work order

  • Use the Work order list in the app to view all pending work orders

  • Work orders are prioritized based on deadlines

  • Follow instructions provided by the property manager

  • When done, tap “Complete Work order” to confirm execution

  • Updates are shared in real-time with the manager

Routines are recurring work orders that must be performed regularly, like fire inspections or equipment maintenance.
Using routines in Autility helps you:
