When an employee retires or leaves their position, itβs important to make sure all work orders are reassigned to the appropriate person. This can be done directly in the system using the Actions feature.
β How to Transfer Work Orders to a New Person
Go to the Work orders/Routines table
Filter by the employee who is leaving
Use the filter function to display all work orders assigned to that person
Select all relevant work orders
You can use the checkbox at the top to select all at once
Click on Actions
Choose the action Assign to
Select the new person who will take over the work orders and then Apply
β The work orders are now reassigned to the new person, ensuring a smooth transition and continued workflow.
