You can easily extract deviations from your service reports using our AI-powered incident detection feature. With the Detect Incidents button in the Autility app, your deviations are automatically identified and suggested as specific incidents related to your buildings.
How does it work?
Upload a service report in pdf format and set the document type to "Report".
Open the file in the app, and select the green button Detect Incidents.
Review the suggested incidents – confirm the ones that are accurate and choose which ones you want to create in Autility for further follow-up.
