Autility offers flexible options for exporting data, both as .csv files and PDF documents. This gives you full control over your information and allows for further processing in external tools such as Microsoft Excel.
🏢 Building condition reports
Autility automatically generates a condition report for each building.
The report is interactive within the user interface, allowing you to easily navigate between the report and related assets to update information.
You can download the report as a PDF for sharing or documentation purposes.
📊 Exporting from Views
From the Views section you can export data to .csv-files.
Here is how:
Select the three dots in the breadcrumbs menu.
Select "Export page".
A file will be generated in .csv-format, which can be opened in Excel for further analysis and processing.

🖼️ PDF preview of assets
Assets can be displayed in a list view.
Once this view is selected, select the three dots on the right and select Preview PDF. The PDF includes images, providing a more visual and informative overview.
