You can receive a condition report automatically generated by the system—based on data from your buildings.
🔎 The report provides an overview of:
Condition of each building
Maintenance needs
Cost distribution
📱 Display Options:
The report can be viewed directly on screen, saved as a PDF, or printed—depending on your needs.
🏢 Availability:
The condition report is available for buildings you have added under My Buildings.
⚙️ Activation:
If the feature isn’t already enabled, go to:
Settings > Experiments > Reports
🔄 Dynamic Updates:
You can navigate directly from the report to relevant assets and update them as needed. Changes are automatically reflected in the report.
💡 Note:
To ensure the Maintenance Needs and Cost Distribution tables show updated information, you may need to reopen the report or refresh the view.
