Detailed guide:
1 - Ensure you can log in!
Log in on web: https://app.autility.no/
Log in on the app βTwin-in-useβ (it will also show if you search for Autility).
Log in with email and password.
Tip: Log in on web first if you cannot access the app
When logging in on web:
Check your own information
Select your user > Edit profile
β
Ensure that your information is correct, edit if needed
Select My buildings
This ensures that you get access to reports and views for the building.
2 - Use the app during inspection
Ensure that the standard view in the Twin is the list of assets.
If this is not already set:
Go to Settings > Twin and select standard filter when opening Twin
βSelect the Twin to start registering assets
βSelect the building where you are performing the inspection
β
3 - Select floor where you are registering assets
Navigate in the building.
β
Select the floor plan that you see after selecting floor, zoom in and rotate until you find the room you are in.
Here you see that Assets is selected.
Select the place in the room where you want to register an asset, and the camera starts.
Take the images you need to crate the asset as a draft. Select the green button with a white arrow to save the asset, or select close the camera (select X) to save the asset as a draft and move to the next asset.
Add description and more images if needed, and select Save.
You can leave the asset in draft and complete the saving when you are back at the office. In this way you can quickly create many assets, and you do not need to wait for wifi or complete save to complete the inspection.
Note - you need to complete saving the drafts in the app to make them available on web.
Here is the saved asset:
You can tell that there are many fields that can be entered during inspection, or you can do this later.
TIP: Use the AI button to quickly generate more information about the asset. We retrieve information from the images and information already stored in the system.
So - if you have sufficient time at the inspection you can do it now, or later at the office.
You get this dialog while waiting (and this may take some time, that is why we recommend doing this when you have time).
The advantage of
The advantage of using AI analysis is that you receive a LOT of information that you would otherwise spend time retrieving and writing yourself. Below is an example of what the AI has filled in.
Remember that you need to approve the information, and of course you can edit it both before and after approval.
All assets that are saved will be available on the web when you log in to Autility on your computer.
After inspection
Log in on web.
Find your building and check your assets.
Here you find your saved assets. Remember to save mobile drafts.
You can now run the AI analysis and fill in any additional fields you need.
Add incidents, work orders, and send messages internally and externally as needed.
Check the condition report
Once you have filled in the information about the assets, including costs if applicable, check what we can offer you in the automatically generated Condition Report. You will find it under Reports on the web.
The report is created automatically, and you can go directly from there into the assets if you wish to edit any details.
Good luck with the site inspection!
